- **Event Description**: Join us on a journey to the dramatic Coire Gabhail a hidden valley nestling under the steep cliffs of the Three Sisters of Glencoe. This is a stunning place to practice Wild Yoga and Chi Gong and immerse yourself in the vastness of the mountain space.

WHAT TO EXPECT
-Walking on a good path with a steady climb to the valley. Although the walk is relatively short (around 5 km) there are rough, rocky steps and steep drops. This is not a hike for the faint hearted! You will be guided on your walk by Mountain Leader and Wild Yogi Penny.
-Learn simple mindful, grounding practices that will connect you with the energy of the winter season.
-Experience Wild Yoga and Chi Gong in this awe-inspiring setting.
-Time for quiet reflection and meditation.
-The opportunity to share your experiences, chat and connect with like-minded people.
-Lots of fresh air, exercise, great company, stunning scenery and of course, cake!
-No experience of yoga or hillwalking is needed but a reasonable level of fitness will help you fully enjoy the experience.

WHERE DO WE MEET?
The meeting point is 01:30pm at the Hidden Valley Car Park, Glencoe, PH49 4HX. Please arrive ten minutes before the event start time.
