- **Event Description**: Welcoming you to our next instalment of deep rest in Winter. Here we warm ourselves in the cold :)

Nearly 2 hours consisting of very gentle movement (think ready for bed) followed by a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a very relaxing practice, traditionally practiced laying, that can foster deep rest and possible insight, given by way of a guided Meditation.

You then enter a very chilled Sound Bath with sounds and instruments to suit the Season.

Interlaced within the event is selected Energy Work (Pranayama, Breathwork, Meditation, 121 Sound Therapy, Crystals, Reiki to name a few). To finish, seasonal chocolates and seasonal Oracle Cards will be there for you as you come to. Feel free to stay a while and be, before drifting out of the door.

All in a room dressed, colour and candle lit for late Winter.

This event takes place on 27/2/26 at Little Clacton VIllage Hall between 7.15pm - 9pm. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Please bring with you your mat, blanket and a couple of cushions.
You may also bring a drink of choice. As said, sweet seasonal chocolates will be provided at the end, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best to bring our own.
