What is a SoundSpa:   An immersive sound vibration & music experience, designed to uplift, sooth & relax our overwhelmed nervous systems.  We offer the opportunity to lie or sit in a calm cozy space where you will be hosted by Cydnei (accredited Gong & Reiki practitioner, extended vocal techniques)  & Catherine (multi instrumentalist & award winning composer) who will guide you towards a deep state of relaxation with use of gongs, live vocals, layered tones & resonant instruments... weaving together into something immersive, that flows over and through your whole body

FAQ:  
Instruments to expect:-  Full Size and smaller Gongs, Bass Clarinet, Pocket Sax,  Singing Bowls Conches, Voices, Horns, Chimes, Lyres, Drums and world music percussion (and much much more)

What should I bring:-  To lie down...  something comfortable & warm, e.g. yoga mat/foam -  the more comfortable you are the more you will relax.  To sit... there are chairs available for your use and feel free to bring a reclining garden chair if you prefer 

Other self nurture items:-  pillow, blanket, water to drink, journal and pen for thoughts... plus anything else that will give comfort for the duration  (eye mask, bolster, crystal, etc...

How many will be sharing the space:- the hall accommodates up to 25 people, comfortably
