Join us for our monthly mindfulness and meditation retreat, held in Sailship’s peaceful, nature-based yurt — a calm and grounding space designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

Each session is led by an experienced therapist and offers a gentle, supportive environment where you can unwind and focus on your wellbeing.

• Guided meditation

• A calm, supportive atmosphere
• Small group setting (maximum 8 people)

🌱 Who is this for?
This retreat is suitable for anyone who:
• Feels stressed, overwhelmed or anxious
• Wants to improve their wellbeing
• Is new to mindfulness or already enjoys it
• Would benefit from time to slow down and reconnect

No experience needed — just come as you are 💚
