What’s Included + Travel Details | Monte Verde Retreat We want you to feel fully supported as you prepare for this retreat, so below you’ll find a clear outline of what is included, along with important travel notes. What’s Included in Your Retreat Experience • All meals during the retreat (nourishing, thoughtfully prepared, and aligned with the pace of our time together) • Gentle movement and embodied practices throughout the week • Sacred ceremony and group circles • One traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) experience for purification, prayer, and intentional renewal • One group excursion (details to be confirmed) • Nature immersion and guided experiences on the land • Community support and shared integration spaces • Ground transportation from San José International Airport to Monte Verde on arrival and departure day Travel Details Group transportation will depart from San José International Airport on June 11th, with a required arrival time no later than 10:00 am. We strongly recommend flying into San José the night before and staying at the Hampton Inn near the airport to ensure a smooth and grounded arrival. Transportation back at the conclusion of the retreat to be coordinated and shared closer to the retreat dates. Accommodations Hotel accommodations before and after the retreat are not included. If you plan to arrive early or stay longer in Costa Rica, we are happy to provide recommendations and support with planning additional lodging.
