Just because you’re “home”schooling doesn’t mean you should be alone! Come for a friendly, comfortable meetup with other homeschool families to talk about any and all things homeschooling! We’re better together, and sharing what’s working and what’s not can help us all along our journeys educating our children.
Our Homeschool Support Group here at Family Learning Lab is for ALL homeschoolers! Private, charter, independent study, secular, religious, even just homeschool curious! Regardless of how you homeschool, parenting and teaching kiddos is tough! We can all learn something from each other when we let down our barriers and connect through the common ground of homeschooling.
No judgement allowed here at FamLab – only kind, helpful comradery to strengthen each other in parent led education.
Enjoy free coffee and light snacks. Feel free to bring curriculum to swap, sell, or consign. (Items to sell or consign must be marked with a Venmo/Paypal QR code for payment.)
For this month’s meetup we will be talking about the “Pain Points” of homeschooling and how they can be addressed. So come with all your troubles – and your best advice and let’s strengthen our homeschool community!
We all love a night out – if you can come without your kiddos please do so and enjoy some grown up time. If you don’t have childcare please feel free and welcome to bring your kids. We can have a movie playing in the lab and toys out for little ones. We’re all about supporting families here at Family Learning Lab, so please feel comfortable to do what’s best for you and your fam!
