New Moon Yoga

Meet us under a new moon to strengthen your body, mind and spirit at New Moon Yoga on Sunday, Sept. 21 and Tuesday, Oct. 21 in the Meadow. Instructor Josie Heck with Yoga Off the Square will lead the class through strength poses perfect for students of all levels.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
