Join instructor Josie Heck as she leads students through a series of poses to the background of candlelight and glowing sound bowls. Tuning forks will be used along with breathwork and restorative yoga postures.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is required at https://allerton.illinois.edu/events/candlelight-yoga/. Community classes are donation-based to help support the Park and public programs. Make your gift in person or online.
