Lino Printing: Easter Cards

Join artist and printmaker Brian Britton for a welcoming, hands-on day workshop where you’ll design and print your own set of Easter-inspired greetings cards.

This workshop is perfect for complete beginners, no experience needed. Brian will gently guide you through the fundamentals of printmaking, breaking each step down with clear demonstrations and plenty of one-to-one support.

Over the day, you’ll explore the full printmaking process at an easy, enjoyable pace. You’ll design your own simple image, learn how to safely cut it into a printing block, and then print your design using a traditional printing press. Once printed, you’ll choose your favourite results and finish them beautifully by mounting them onto backgrounds and matching cards.

There’s no pressure to be “arty”, just come along, enjoy the process, and be surprised by what you can create. By the end of the day, you’ll head home with a set of handmade, limited-edition cards and the confidence to keep experimenting with printmaking.
