- **Event Description**: We visited this venue last year and found it an ideal place to end a run.

There's always something going on (stuff taking off and landing mainly) and the AV8 cafe is a nice place to gather, with air con. They offer drinks, sandwiches, cakes, and hot bacon & sausage baps and will be geared up for our arrival. There's a Boeing 747 and lots of other things to have a look at too. Even the occasional F1 car testing, though probably not this time.

Our run will take off from the Breakfast Meeting at the Cross Hands and is FOC, with social pressure applied for you to join the club if you haven't already :-)

Ivor and Phil have devised a route which keeps us off the A46 and wends its way through the countryside, taking in some lovely places, ending up at what is a great venue. The full version is in the comments below.
