Christmas Catch Up: Social Event for Adults

CONNECT is a programme of outdoor get-togethers. For adults with mild additional support and/or mental health needs who would benefit from social connection.

Events involve a walk, gentle movement exercises and creative activities. We always finish with a drink (on us!) and social time.

Next up is a Christmas Catch Up at Watermoor Church Hall in Cirencester!

Time: 11:00am - 12:30pm

Come and enjoy some festive fun to finish the year!
- A gentle walk outdoors in St Michael’s Park (weather permitting!)
- Dance, music and art in the hall
- Drinks and snacks to share
