Description:
Join us at Kryptic Collections for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! Holiday Charity Event 2025, where Duelists can support their community by donating food instead of paying an entry fee. Bring at least 5 non-perishable food items (meeting KONAMI’s requirements), and get ready to duel for a good cause.
This event is part of KONAMI’s nationwide charity initiative and is designed to encourage giving and casual play. You'll receive 5 Star Chips when you donate. For each round, you’ll stake one chip against your opponent — win the round and claim theirs!
At the end of the event, players redeem chips for booster pack prizing (up to 9 packs based on performance).
Rules & Requirements:
• Deck Format: Constructed — Advanced Format
• Rounds: Number of rounds will depend on attendance
• Each round is 50 minutes — unfinished matches result in a double loss
• Each player receives 5 Star Chips at the start
• You must stake 1 Star Chip per round
• Duelists redeem Star Chips for booster packs at the end
• Maximum of 9 packs per player
Food Donation Guidelines:
• 5 non-perishable food items required to participate
• Each item must weigh at least 10.5 oz
• Expiration date must be after March 1, 2026
• Examples: canned vegetables, boxed pasta, rice, soup, peanut butter
• Please no glass containers or expired items
All donated food will go to a local charity or food bank.
What to Bring:
• A TCG-legal Advanced Format deck
• Your CARD GAME ID (via Neuron app or physical copy)
• A completed deck list (blank lists available at the store)
• Your food donation
• Dice, counters, and a pen for match slips
