Urban Sketching is an art movement that has swept the world in the last 10 years. Urban sketchers gather together to sketch what they see in their city or in places they visit, posting the results online for all to see, and now you can join them!! Each month, the administrators of Urban Sketchers Cincinnati will host a workshop to help beginning and intermediate sketchers learn new skills and improve old ones. In three different classes we’ll cover topics like color and value, perspective, composition, and sketching people. We’ll discuss how to use different media, materials we prefer, and how to post your sketches online for everyone to enjoy. These two classes will repeat, so if you miss one you can catch it next time. Also, each class will be taught by a different instructor every time so you'll learn new things every class! Best of all, you can use your newfound skills in the field with Urban Sketchers Cincinnati the day after the workshop each month (3rd Fridays).
