This form of breathwork, when done in a safe and protective container, takes you into an altered state where you can access your inner guidance and your innate healing mechanisms. We will share intentions, teach the breathing technique, "breathe until we are surprised", and integrate our journeys through sharing our journeys and art.The event will include:Gathering in a circle with others who want to do their inner work. The group size is typically 8-15 people breathing.
