Organizers hope the event will ease financial stress for families while ensuring teens can fully participate in this important milestone. Community members are encouraged to spread the word so that as many eligible students as possible can benefitDonations Donations are currently being accepted and may include semi-formal, cocktail, formal, and after-five dresses. Shoes, jewelry, and other prom-related accessories are also welcome. Additional needed items include hangers, clothing racks, bags, and full-length mirrors to support event operations. Donations may be dropped off at the Valley Interfaith Community Resource Center outdoor donation bins at 420 W Wyoming Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45215, which are accessible after hours. Additional donation options are available by phone at 513-821-3233. If donations need to be picked up, or if individuals would like to donate money for the purchase of prom dresses, contact Crystal Kendrick at 513-281-3228.Volunteers Volunteers are needed to assist with setup, organization, and distribution during the event.
