Doors will open at 10:45am. Arrive early and fall into a new brew while moving through a fun yoga flow with local yoga instructor, Shannon Simon!

Shannon will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which we will incorporate our tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun!

All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, or message Transient Yoga for special accommodations.

Beverages will be poured upon arrival. Practice will begin once everyone is settled on the mat with their brew!
