Mommy & Me: Pizza! Pizza!
This two-hour class will cover both pizza dough AND pizza sauce. Students will get their hands in the dough and learn how to make a flavorful, sourdough pizza crust along with a simple pizza sauce. Lastly, and most importantly, students will learn how to shape and bake the perfect pizza that will rival any wood-fired pizza joint in town. Students will leave with a full belly (we have to eat the pizza!) as well as two crusts and sauce to take home.
Cheese and simple veggies will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite pizza toppings to share!

About Your Instructor
Michelle Kovach baked bread for almost her entire life and took the plunge to bake bread full time in 2015 when she founded Crackling Crust Microbakery. She's the owner, baker, sales rep, accountant and janitor of her business. Michelle started teaching classes in 2016. She specializes in sourdough techniques and formulas, enabling home bakers to get professional results.
