Olympic marathon runner and yoga teacher Julie Isphording guides you through a soulful Vinyasa flow in the Marek-Weaver Family Commons and Mary R. Schiff Library at the Cincinnati Art Museum.
In this class you will move with breath and purpose in a space where art, nature, and stillness beautifully converge. There’s no one perfect way to practice yoga, but hundreds of meaningful ways to show up on your mat, drawing you closer to your body, your heart, and all the friends around you. These moments will be unlike any other—an experience of calm, strength, and beauty—thoughtfully curated for the soul.
This class is accessible to participants of all levels and abilities, and various modifications will be offered.
Guests must bring their own yoga mats and water bottles.
On Sundays, the program takes place in the Marek-Weaver Family Commons on the museum's ground level near the back parking lot. On Tuesdays, it takes place in the Mary R. Schiff Library on the museum’s third floor. Please enter through the Castellini Entrance near the front parking lot.
