Hip Hop Cardio Dance (first 5 people to register are FREE)


Don’t miss Hip Hop Cardio Dance on Friday March 1st. These are high-energy, adult workout classes featuring original, hip hop style workout moves that are fresh and fun. Each hour-long class consists of a short warmup that increases in cardio intensity, and a toning session. 

What to expect: 

The Punch House has invited Markesha Blackman (founder of Hip-Hop Redefined) to show you the newest, sexiest, and coolest dance moves you’ve ever seen! Markesha’s ideal workout regimen included her in front of a mirror, with hard beats in the background, and her just dancing until she couldn’t dance anymore. This motivated her to give her community what she felt like they needed. She decided to Redefine WORKING OUT for the average woman. Working out should be fun but also affective. Hip-Hop Redefined gives every women the opportunity to be in a fun filled environment (B.Y.O.B.) where everyone has a common goal, TO REDEFINE THEIR CURVES...!!!!! 


First 5 registrants are always free! On Friday March 1st you can try out Hip Hop Cardio Fridays.  Come on Friday at 7:00pm and see what all of the hype is about. It's also a B.Y.O.B. session!
