Hello Sapien is a 4-piece indie outfit with a strong folk bent, based in Cincinnati, OH. Led by singer/songwriter Adam Stone (who is supported by a cast of well-seasoned musicians -- including members of Heartless Bastards, WHY?, and Leggy), the songs center around contemplative, witty, often wry lyrics delivered with a twang-tinged baritone. Musically, you can expect hooky rhythms, plenty of piano, and consistently interesting twists on traditional songwriting.

Cleveland's Slow Groove Kings deliver a smoky, hypnotic blend of Southern soul, late-night rock, and dive-bar mysticism. The six-piece band is led by frontman and songwriter Brett Potts, whose voice anchors a sound that shifts between grit and grace. Their debut release "The Nashville Vampire Supper Club EP" (Aug 2025) invites listeners to the band's cinematic sound– somewhere between the dynamic energy of Pixies, the ghostly calm of Mazzy Star, and the brutal honesty of Johnny Cash.
