🌈🎈We invite YOU to join us on Saturday, May 9, 2026 for a morning of joy and empowerment as over 1000 strong GOTR girls stride, stroll or roll in the 5K event they’re training for. Fun Zone activities starting at 7:30 am include hair painting, tiara decorating, sign making and an energetic dance party to get everyone excited to head out on the course! The 5K starts at 9:00 am.

You don’t want to miss this celebration! 💖

Our 5K is GREAT for first-timers:
🏃‍♀️🌈 We welcome ALL ages and abilities
👕 🏅Every registrant will receive a 5K t-shirt and finisher's medal to celebrate their accomplishment
💧🎉 The course is well-supported with a water stop and several cheer zones along the way
🌟 👩‍👧‍👧 You support a mission that helps girls in our community become stronger and more confident

If you would like to take part in our celebration in a supporting role, we invite you to volunteer with us that morning. It takes over 300 Volunteers to produce a Girls on the Run 5K, so bring your friends along and you can all share in the fun! 

We need helpers for Water Stops, Start and Finish, Fun Zone, Green Team and more. If you’re a local photographer who is willing to donate your time and talents, please contact Maria Kretchik maria@gotrcincinnati.org for details on how you can help.
