W ho this is for!? Typically we see a blend with half the women coming completely solo and half the women coming with a sister/friend/coworker/mom etc. Women of all ages come 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s!

R ooms...the cabins have various layouts. Some rooms have two queen beds, some have a set of twins etc. To be able to keep these retreats at such an affordable cost, we do our best to create rooms based on how you sign up. If you sign up with someone, you'll have a shared king bed. If you sign up solo, we do our best to put you in a twin or bunk but we can't promise.

E verything is al la carte meaning take what you want and leave the rest! Wana sleep in and skip the fitness? Do it! Want to partake in everything? Go for it! It's not strict.

W e close down our event links 2 weeks out to allow for planning and meals.

Retreats are non-refundable but you have the ability to transfer your ticket up to two weeks prior to the retreat. After this date, no transfers will be accepted.
