This evening's presentation for educators focuses on the exhibition Recall. Reframe. Respond. The Art of Paul Scott. Working with new ceramic forms or repurposing antique pieces, Scott breaks, reassembles, erases, and adds details using screen printing, engraving, and collage processes to create new “historical” patterns. Broadly, his works address updated narratives about art, history and American experiences. Participants will enjoy dinner, a presentation, and a docent-guided tour of the exhibition. For each program attended, educators earn CEUs and 1–2 graduate credits, which are available for an additional fee.
