Developing a Mindful Painting Practice
Facilitated by Barb Smucker
In this class you will explore developing a painting practice through a series of experimental exercises that encourage artistic play, getting into the flow and experiencing discovery while you work. Each week we'll practice new techniques to connect the hand, heart and mind to increase personal creativity and wellbeing. We'll work in a sketchbook or journal, on paper and canvas board during the course of the class. Water-based paints, mark making tools and collage will be the primary tools used in the class. Supplies provided. All levels from beginner to advanced welcome!
