Please Note: You and your partner will be cooking together and sharing what you've made. You won't share food/equipment with others in class, but you will likely sit with other guests in our communal dining area.

 What's included?
In this class, 1 ticket ($250 + fees)= two people cooking together. 

✓ Two drinks per person from our full bar, featuring a rotating selection of wines from small producers, local craft beer and seasonal cocktails and mocktails. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.

✓ A hands-on cooking experience led by our team of chef instructors

✓ A printed recipe booklet so you can recreate the menu at home

✓ A full meal + any leftovers from class to take home

✓ All ingredients, equipment and cleanup—we take care of the dishes so you can focus on cooking and having fun

Class Experience & Format
This class is fully hands-on—this is not a demonstration or group-cooking experience. You'll prepare and enjoy your own meal from start to finish.

When you arrive, we'll welcome you into our dining room and offer you a drink from the bar (2 drinks per person included!). After a brief introduction, you'll head to your assigned station, where our chef instructor will guide you through the menu, step-by-step. Once the cooking is complete, you'll return to the dining room to enjoy the meal you've created. Any leftovers will be packaged for you to take home.

We provide all ingredients, equipment, and cleanup, so you can focus on learning, cooking, and having fun. Whether you're planning a date night, gathering with friends, celebrating with family, or simply looking to try something new, our classes offer a fun and memorable experience for cooks of all skill levels.

This menu can be made gluten-free with advanced notice. Please note: there will not be a vegetarian protein alternative offered in this class, but the risotto, appetizer and side are vegetarian friendly. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please reach out prior to registering for class as we may not be able to accommodate.
