As we approach the end of the year, this gathering offers a moment to slow down, breathe, and reset before stepping into a new season. Holiday Refresh is a joyful and restorative morning where guests rotate through four powerful wellness pillars: Physical, Mental, Economic, and Community. Each space offers a unique experience designed to help you release what has been weighing you down and refill what you are ready to grow. You will move, stretch, learn, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in an uplifting community environment.
