Join us for an immersive, behind-the-scenes tour of our nearly 90,000-square-foot facility, where our artisans meticulously handcraft pottery and architectural tile. You’ll witness each step of the process, from raw materials to the final glaze, while diving deep into Rookwood’s rich history, evolving styles, and the artistry that continues to set us apart today.

At the end of the tour, we invite you to explore our onsite showroom and flagship store—tour attendees receive a 10% shopping discount.

Location: 
Our facility is located at 1920 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and borders Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market.  

Duration: Approximately 1 hour  

Please Note: 
This is a live working factory tour. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will cover a large footprint of our facility during this tour, and we do our best to accommodate those with mobility limitations, including elevator access. If you have any questions regarding access or accommodation, please contact retail@rookwood.com.  

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund or may be rescheduled for a future offering.
