PLEASE BRING TICKET TO EVENT. This event uniquely unifies survivors of ALL types of mental, physical, and emotional trauma such as victims of gun violence, those who have endured childhood trauma, recovering from alcohol and substance use disorders, etc. This empowering event celebrates the survivor community, and provides empowerment and educational support services necessary for their healing journey. Workshop presenters teach survivors to utilize somatic techniques like journaling and creative writing, meditation, mindfulness, gratefulness, practicing self-care, and relaxation techniques to help support their mental health.
