Smiley in 2015, our program began 4 years ago as the LinkedIn Networking Happy Hour event. Generation NOW has trained and educated over 5,000 Young Professionals from Cincinnati, Chicago, Louisville, Washington D. C., and Indianapolis. Generation NOW also has highlighted over 350 young professionals with awards for their industry accomplishments.
