2019 Barre Basics - Intro to Barre
Have you been wanting to try a barre class? Not sure how or when to start?Our FREE Barre Code Basics workshop is designed to help you learn some of the movement fundamentals. Led by TBC Cincy's owner & instructor trainer, Michelle, this session not only gives you background on The Barre Code fitness philosophy, but also gets you moving in a safe, judgment-free environment.Barre Code Basics emphasizes developing muscle stamina and endurance, using a slower tempo and simpler exercises to ensure a safe experience. This workshop is appropriate for ALL ability levels, but especially designed for those who want to learn the basics of our strength exercises while working at a more conscientious pace, breaking down form and technique for each exercise. Socks are required for this event.
