This tour takes you to the north area of Ricote Valley, actually Murcia Region’s best-kept secret, to enjoy breathtaking scenery before tasting local wines. Firstly, the panoramic drive thru the valley will take you to the amazing waterwheels from Moorish origin still standing by Abarán. Later on we’ll be heading for a local winery lying by the slopes of the nearby Sierra de la Pila, in order to taste different wines aged in clay jars, following the ancient Roman fashion, accompanied by local tapas. A tour gathering scenery, heritage and wine, a mixture meaning plenty of fun. Difficult to ask for more.
