Some courses are not beginner-level and will be indicated as such, and may involve tactical movements, induced stressors, decision-making, weapon manipulation, etc.Any student who demonstrates unsafe firearm handling, reckless behavior, an inability to follow instructions safely, disruptive conduct, or conduct that compromises others' safety will be removed from training immediately.Removal from a course for safety violations or unsafe behavior will not qualify for a refund.Medical or Personal EmergenciesVerified medical emergencies or significant unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
