Join Lincoln’s Guiding Light: Support After Loss and Ananda Yoga & Wellness for a meaningful afternoon created specifically for families navigating pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant/ child loss and the grief that follows.

This special event offers a safe and supportive space to honor your baby, connect with others who understand, and focus on healing through gentle movement, remembrance, and community.

What to Expect:

Remembrance & Healing Circle
Gentle Restorative Yoga (all experience levels welcome)
Time for reflection and connection
Refreshments
Raffle and community support
Date: August 23, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Suggested Donation: $20

Special Donation Drive:
Bring a comfort item, journal, stationery item, or keepsake donation and receive an entry into our raffle. Donated items will be used in our care baskets for grieving families throughout Central New York.

All proceeds from this event will help Lincoln’s Guiding Light continue providing care packages, support, and resources to families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you are welcome here. Come as you are, honor your baby's memory, and find comfort in a community that understands.
