Semi-privates (for max of 2 people) will be $85/each for one hour.Note: The promo code for Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club members cannot be used for the private/semi-private training sessions. Due to limited class sizes, venue coordination, equipment preparation, and advance scheduling and travel requirements, the following refund policy applies to all courses, seminars, and training events.Please be advised that full payment is required to reserve your place in the training unless otherwise specified.Student CancellationsWe understand plans can change, so here's our cancellation policy: If you cancel 14 days or more before your course, you can choose either a full refund after deducting any nonrefundable processing fees or a full credit toward a future course.If your cancellation happens within 7 to 13 days of your scheduled course, you'll receive a credit to use for a future session.Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the course are not eligible for refunds or credits. Additionally, no refunds or credits are provided for no-shows.Course TransfersCourse registrations may be transferred to another available class date with prior approval from Charlie Moore Training.Instructor or Weather CancellationsIf Charlie Moore Training cancels a course due to weather, venue issues, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, students may choose:• A full refund, or• Full transfer to a future classSAFETY AND REMOVAL FROM TRAININGSafety is nonnegotiable.Students are responsible for assessing their physical abilities, firearms handling skills, medical limitations, and overall readiness before registering for any course. Some courses are not beginner-level and will be indicated as such, and may involve tactical movements, induced stressors, decision-making, weapon manipulation, etc.Any student who demonstrates unsafe firearm handling, reckless behavior, an inability to follow instructions safely, disruptive conduct, or conduct that compromises others' safety will be removed from training immediately.Removal from a course for safety violations or unsafe behavior will not qualify for a refund.Medical or Personal EmergenciesVerified medical emergencies or significant unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Course credit may be granted at the discretion of Charlie Moore Training.Liability WaiversAll participants must complete the required waivers and comply with all safety rules before participating in any training.
