- **Event Description**: Join us for a Special Yoga & Art Workshop at Willow Rock Brewing Company - Cicero!  We'll begin our day with a yoga practice with Jennifer Ashley Wellness, followed by a Brush + Bloom Workshop with Claire of Right Mind!

The Yoga Practice: A gentle, accessible yoga flow focused on mindfulness and breath awareness, paired with a thoughtful sequence of postures to stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.  Perfect for all levels — come exactly as you are.  Your yoga practice will be approximately 45 minutes long.

*Please bring your yoga mat!

The Art Workshop: We'll follow our yoga practice with a Brush + Bloom Workshop.  During this workshop your host, Claire, will guide you as you turn a ceramic planter into a work of art!  You'll be able to choose from a variety of textured planters to paint and Claire will provide an array of paint colors to choose from to customize your masterpiece!  Then we'll plant a local succulent in your planter and Claire will teach you how to care for your new plant. Planters measure 3½" Dia. x 3½" H. 

This event will be in the greenhouse at Willow Rock! You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase food and beverages at Willow Rock and indulge during our class.   Their newest Cicero location features a taproom with fresh pizza, 15 beers on tap, outdoor seating, and signature pours! 

Must pre-register at link provided. Your ticket includes all materials and instruction. All guests must purchase a ticket. We will update you with any changes via email before this event.
