We spend so much of our lives caring for everyone else… showing up, pushing through, carrying the weight, and telling ourselves we'll rest later.

This day is your invitation to choose you. 💗

Join Hope in a Horseshoe, A Pivotal Shift, One Love Mind Body Yoga Studio, and Saddle the Storm Equine Gestalt Coaching for a beautiful morning created around movement, nature, sound, connection, horses, and healing.

✨ Nourish Your Soul is a rotating wellness experience, where small groups will move through different stations throughout the farm—each intentionally created to help you slow down, reconnect, and refill your cup.

🌿 YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

🧘 Walking Meditation
Take a peaceful walk along the edge of the woods and pasture, allowing your mind to quiet as you reconnect with nature.

🌸 Yoga in the Field
Gentle yoga in one of our open fields, surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Move your body, release stress, and open your heart. All levels are welcome!

🎶🐴 Sound Bath with Horses
A deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls in our indoor arena, surrounded by the soothing and grounding presence of horses.

🐴💗 Healing Presence
Connect with the healing energy and gentle wisdom of our horses throughout the day. No riding. No pressure. Simply connection, presence, and the incredible space horses create for us to just be.

🌿 Local Wellness Vendors
Shop and connect with local wellness vendors featuring sea moss, apothecary teas, herbal favorites, and wellness products.

This is more than a wellness event.

It's a morning to reset your nervous system.
To quiet the noise.
To breathe.
To reconnect with yourself.
And to remember that caring for yourself isn't a luxury—it's essential. 💗
