This 5 week program is designed for children aged 4-12 years, and is a safe space for them to come each week. These sessions are designed to connect children to their minds and bodies; understand how to navigate their feelings; learn about positive friendships; and so much more!

This term's focus is -
Week 1 – Setting Intentions
Week 2 – Finding Our Calm
Week 3 – Being a Good Friend
Week 4 – Using Our Voices
Week 5 – Pause, Breathe, Choose

We spend each session having fun, whilst learning about each weeks focus. There are games and activities, yoga movements, the opportunity to listen and share, and the real winners - art/craft activities, and our Meditation Minutes at the end!
