With the earthy pulse of the didgeridoo, the soft breath of Native American flute, gentle guitar tones, and layered soundscapes created live through looping, you’ll be carried by waves of sound that shift and evolve yet lead you toward a place of inner calm.

Whilst the body is still, energy and emotion flows, while you rest, lying down comfortably, sound gently works through you. A journey through vibration that opens space for stillness, from the inside out.
