- **Event Description**: WARURA is proud to host our second annual Mental Wellbeing Lecture, continuing our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our Members both on and off the field.

Following the success of last year’s session with former Wallaby Ben Alexander, this year we welcome James Jenson from K6 Consulting. Drawing on more than 20 years of service in the Australian Army, including leadership roles in high-pressure operational environments, James will share practical insights into resilience, leadership, mental performance, and wellbeing.

WARURA would like to invite all Members, Life Members, and their family members to attend this important event as we continue to strengthen and support the wellbeing of our rugby community.

We look forward to coming together for what promises to be an engaging and valuable session.
