Breathe in the salt and feel the sun warm your skin, matching the fire you'll feel in your body moving ??

So give it a go, show up, we welcome ALL ages and levels ? 

Free event for all. Simply fill out the Wellness Class Waiver once off and you can attend any of the classes - https://forms.gle/vQgxh8kxWhhaaXfQ8

You'll need:
✨ yoga mat/ towel
✨ water bottle (don't forget to hydrate)
✨ sun protection (slip, slop, slap)
✨ your best "give it a go" attitude

Donations are welcome and donated to Sea Shepherd cleaning our beaches and educating the community on zero waste living.
