Hot Things BBQ School Presents: Beyond the Basics; with Pitmaster River Wuest

Backyard BBQ doesn’t need to be complicated to taste incredible. In this relaxed, demonstration-style class, River from Rivs Smoked Snacks will show you how he cooks a range of smoked meats and BBQ favourites using simple techniques that work in any backyard.

You’ll learn trimming, seasoning, and how to get the most flavour from your smoker while enjoying plenty of BBQ along the way, with a range of meats cooked throughout the class.
This class is all about good food, good company, and helping you cook better BBQ at home. Come hungry ,there’ll be plenty to eat.

Step-by-step demonstrations covering essential grilling techniques for charcoal, gas, and pellet grills.
Expert guidance on selecting the perfect cuts of meat to match your cooking style.

Cancellation

Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:

Changes made four or more days before class are fine.
Changes made under 4 days before class will incur a $79 per person fee but are able to rebook
Changes made the day before class will not be entitled to a refund or rebook. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else
No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
