Die vier Jurasüdfuss-Rocketeers spielen Rockabilly und Rock’n’Roll der aufrichtigen Sorte: roh, ungezügelt und direkt. Das Lineup mit Kontrabass, zwei Gitarren und einem singenden Standup-Drummer ist aufgeräumt und lässt wenig Raum für Schnickschnack. Sobald die Jungs unter Strom sind bebt die Bude und so mancher gesellige Abend endet mit einem denkwürdigen Brummschädel. Das Live-Set besteht aus vielen eigenen Songs und ausgesuchten Interpretationen von Jay Swan bis Buck Stevens. Musikalische Leckerbissen für verwöhnte Kennerinnen und Kenner, frisch und freundlich serviert mit einer pikanten Marinade aus Spielfreude, Witz und frechen Riffs. Prädikat: sehr zu empfehlen. Neue Platte im Sommer 2025! Die Corona-Zeit haben die Jungs genutzt um die Arbeiten an ihrem neusten Werk «Just a Bottle of Booze» abzuschliessen, welches im Dezember 2022 erscheinen ist. Nebst der Veröffentlichung als CD wird das Album zum ersten Mal auch als Vinyl-LP erhältlich sein. Die Auskopplung der 7" Single erschien wieder bei Migraine Records im Frühjahr 2024. Bereits im Dezember 2023 ging es zugleich wieder ins Recording-Studio, um neues Material, das dann irgendwann im 2025 erscheint, aufzunehmen, es bleibt also spannend. In 2007 the sky above Solothurn lit up and the clouds parted for an event of a special kind: the founding ceremony of "The Royal Flush" with the four aces Räffu, Dömu, Märcu and Römu in the leading roles. The four Jura southern foothill rocketeers play rockabilly and rock'n'roll of the sincere variety: raw, unbridled and direct. The line-up with double bass, two guitars and a singing standup drummer is clean cut and leaves little room for frills. As soon as the guys are under power, the place shakes and many a social evening ends with a memorable buzzing head. The live set consists of many own songs and selected interpretations from Jay Swan to Buck Stevens. Musical delicacies for spoilt connoisseurs are served fresh and friendly with a spicy marinade of playfulness, wit and cheeky riffs. Rating: highly recommended. New record in summer 2025! The guys used the Corona downtime to finish the work on their latest work "Just a Bottle of Booze", which has been released in December 2022 and is now presented on tour. In addition to the CD release, the album is one that is also available as a vinyl LP. The 7" single was released on Migraine Records in early 2024.
