The Northwestern Michigan Fair and Northern Power Race Park have teamed up to bring pit bike racing to their grandstands on Tuesday, August 11, 2026! 

SCHEDULE: 
1 pm: Pit Gates Open
1 - 4:45 pm: In-person registration, rider check-in, and pre-race tech 
4:45 pm: Registration Cut-off 
5:15 pm: Drivers Meeting 
6 pm: Practice 
7 pm: Racing Begins

CLASSES:
(Not all NPRP Pit Bike Classes are available at this event; review the list below)
- Youth Pit Bike 
- Trail Bike 
- Pit Bike Limited 
- Pit Bike Stock 
- Pit Bike Open 

AWARDS / PAYOUTS: 
Trophies will be given for all classes, and the Pit Bike Open class is a payout class to the top 3 finishers. 

RACE FORMAT - 3 MOTO FORMAT: 
Each class will get a practice and three motos - all three motos count toward the final overall results. 

The gate pick order for all motos will be randomly selected. 

Podiums/awards are based on overall points accumulated through each moto. 
1st place: Racer with the most accumulated points 
2nd place: Racer with the second-most accumulated points 
3rd place: Racer with the third-most accumulated points 

If there is a tie in total accumulated points, the tie-breaker goes to the better finish in the final moto. 

Lap counts will be advertised once registration is closed. 
Starting flag - no gate. 

SPECTATOR ADMISSION: 
Spectator admission is purchased directly through the NW Michigan Fair website or in person at the event. 
(Everyone must pay the Front Gate Admission)
