To nurture us from the inside out!
We will continue into the new year to balance and nurture our nervous system and body-mind connection on Fridays through breathing and mindful Hatha Yoga Movements.
With mindful hatha movements, we create space in our body, relax our mind, and restore our nervous system in a small, cozy, and gentle space.
The group is held by Doreen, a Certified Yoga Teacher,
Psychotherapist (PBANZ NZ reg. 552085), and Creative
Arts and Dance / Movement Therapist.
Doreen has trained in many areas and worked with people from
many walks of life. In her work, she also invites Restorative
Movement Psychotherapy and TBMA (the Body-Mind Approach) to support our Nervous system, chronic pain, and MUS (Medical
Unexplained Symptoms.)
Bring your yoga mat (otherwise provided) and wear comfortable clothing.

Classes are 75 minutes
🌻Service Fee $50.00 for 5 sessions, or casual $15.00 per session.
