Join us as we gather for three hours of restorative practices to settle the brain and nervous system and tune into the energy of winter. Surrounded by warm candlelight, this is a time to honour the season's quiet wisdom, to slow down, turn inward and replenish.

Together, we'll sip cacao, melt into restorative Yin Yoga and ease into deep rest with Yoga Nidra meditation. Let the rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and live instruments carry you gently into stillness, like snow settling softly on the earth.
