This one is for anyone who is keen to give a CrossFit competition a go but are still new to the kaupapa, or are not sure where to start or where they fit in terms of divisions. Or for those who feel ready but feel competitions with Elite and Rx divisions a little too much for them personally and would prefer to ease into it.

No judgement if this is you, and no shade to Elite and Rx athletes either! This is simply about creating a stepping stone in the CrossFit space between training on the gym floor with your mates, and competing in a real life competition with your mates! ?? 

We invite anyone who sees this and feels it speaks to them, from our own members to the wider fitness community, to give it a go.
