Kia ora wāhine toa of Surf Life Saving, to all our women in Canterbury Waitaha! We have an event designed for you - primarily aimed at surf life saving athletes to increase our kaupapa around looking after our physical health and mental wellbeing.

We will begin with an introduction from our special guests, where they talk about who they are and how they got to where they are today. We will then shift to a Q&A style session with some ready made questions to get things rolling before we open to the floor for your questions.

The aim to is focus on menstrual health, functional nutrition and requirements to optimise your body to keep yourself healthy and high performing!

We are so lucky our guests have donated their time to discuss this important marau / topic.  It is a short notice period due to commitments from our speakers we didng have much wiggle room sorry!

The online ticket is free however we will charge $20 at the door on the night. Eftpos available.
