- **Event Description**: This two-day course is aimed at climbers who already have experience with trad multi-pitch climbing and want to build the skills to manage emergencies in complex terrain. 

We'll cover fundamental concepts that you can use to scaffold in different situations. Tools in the tool belt that could be useful when things don't go as planned.

Prerequisites: 
NZAC Member (non members are welcome to apply but must join the NZAC in order to be accepted onto the course - there are no exceptions)
- No Under 18's
- Comfortable lead trad climbing grade 16
- Comfortable building trad anchors
- Comfortable multi-pitch climbing using trad anchors
- This is NOT a beginners course
