Step into a 90-minute sound healing immersion crafted to support deep rest, nervous system repair, and heart-opening presence. We begin with Mama Cacao. A gentle heart-medicine that softens the edges, grounds your body, and invites you to listen with compassion to what’s moving within. From this softened space, you’ll be met by a rich tapestry of sound.

Through crystal bowls, voice, flute, chimes, guitar and earthy percussion, you’ll be held in a nurturing sonic landscape that encourages release, presence, and inner alignment. 



Each journey is intuitively shaped in real time, attuned to the energy of the group.

This is where you can meet yourself fully… let go of what no longer serves… and reconnect with the truth of who you are. 

Wise, vibrant, and whole.



How Sound Healing Works

Sound healing isn’t just energetic, its effects are grounded in physiology:

1. Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Slow, resonant tones activate the vagus nerve, calming the fight-or-flight response and shifting the body into parasympathetic rest.
