Develop your Salsa footwork, body movement, fluidity, control and confidence, while learning how to connect your movement more naturally with the music.

Whether you dance On1 or On2, lead or follow, this workshop is about moving better, feeling the music and dancing with intention.

? About Miléna
Originally from the French Caribbean island of Martinique and currently teaching with Salsa Latina Cyprus, Miléna brings a wealth of dance experience and a distinctive approach to movement and musicality. She has also led the Ladies Salsa Shines Team to become National Champions.
